The Chi Chapter of Phi Sigma Phi has broken the mold at East Tennessee State University by starting a new concept of participating on campus. We send delegates to the different clubs on campus to represent our fraternity; and when an organization, such as Volunteer ETSU, needs our help for community service or fundraising, we are willing and able to give them all of our resources.
